Akkar’s production has been greatly increased since 1998, in which export sales started, and reached up to 80,000 shotguns in 2003 which was a top record approving Akkar’s leadership in the shotgun industry in Turkey. Akkar is the leading shotgun exporter in Turkey as it exports nearly 98% (80% to the USA) of its whole production.
